After you have purchased the items we are sent a notification by Paypal. We then get the items you ordered and place them on an account. We e-mail you the account name/password with the items you ordered on it on the realm you purchased them on. Please allow up to 48 hours for delivery (this kind of delay is rare). If it takes 48 hours or longer, we're probably having a problem with suppliers or battle.net and you should contact us regarding the issue. If it takes longer then 48 hours we will give you some bonus items to compensate for your patience.
