Currently GameInfinite, LLC ships domestically (United States) only. We hope to expand to international customers in the future!

Parcel Forwarding Services

While GameInfinite, LLC currently ships only within the United States, international buyers may choose to use a parcel forwarding service at their own discretion. We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or delays that occur after the package reaches the forwarding service. All claims must be filed with the forwarding provider or their carrier. Signature confirmation may be required on high-value shipments to ensure safe delivery to the forwarding address.

Shipping Carriers & Timing

Shipping carriers consist of United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS and FedEx. USPS is our primary shipping carrier currently. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Please ensure your email address is accurate at checkout. Orders typically ship within 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). During product launches or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

PO Box Addresses

If your shipping address is a USPS PO Box, please choose a USPS shipping method in checkout to minimize issues with delivery.

Signature Confirmation

For security, signature confirmation may be required on high-value or limited edition shipments. This helps prevent theft and ensures safe delivery.

Carrier Liability

Once a package is in the possession of USPS, UPS, or FedEx, GameInfinite, LLC is not liable for damage, delay, or loss caused during transit. For damaged or missing items, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We’re happy to assist with documentation if needed.
