Question: When will my order ship?
Answer: We strive to ship orders within 48 hours of being placed. When your order ships you will receive an email notification with tracking.
Question: Why no preorders?
Answer: Many problems can arise with preorders including unforeseen delays. Instead of offering preorders, GameInfinite, LLC will sometimes launch product pages where interested customers can choose to be notified when a forthcoming product is in-stock and available for purchase.
Question: Will you ever ship internationally?
Answer: We hope to at some point. We encourage international customers to use parcel forwarding services based in the United States to place orders with us for the time being. Please note that international customers who use parcel forwarding services will be responsible for any import taxes/duties/fees upon receiving the package.
Question: Why no cancellations or returns on collectible trading card games?
Answer: Due to regular price fluctuations in the collectible trading card market and other issues, we do not accept cancellations or returns for collectible trading card products including but not limited to Pokémon, Magic the Gathering, Flesh and Blood, Sorcery Contested Realm, One Piece, Sword Art Online, Star Wars Unlimited etc.
Question: What shipping couriers does GameInfinite use?
Answer: GameInfinite uses USPS, FedEx and UPS for the vast majority of shipments. For some orders you will be able to select which courier you prefer in checkout. With free shipping and some other orders, we will select the courier and you will be notified which courier and associated tracking via email when your order ships. If you are using a USPS PO Box as your shipping address, USPS will most likely be chosen as your shipping courier.

Answer: By shopping with GameInfinite you are directly supporting our efforts to launch a new indie game development studio. We plan on including the customers who supported us in this retail store in sneak previews, private beta tests, special discounts and more for our upcoming games.
