Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to our website—whether through product reviews, user profiles, or contact forms—you should avoid including embedded location data (such as EXIF GPS metadata). This data is often automatically stored by smartphones and cameras and can reveal the precise location where the image was taken.
Please note:
• Publicly accessible images on our site may be downloaded and analyzed by other visitors or third parties.
• Embedded metadata (including GPS coordinates, device information, and timestamps) can be extracted using standard tools, potentially compromising your privacy.
• We do not automatically strip EXIF data from uploaded images. It is your responsibility to ensure that sensitive metadata is removed before uploading.
If you are concerned about privacy, we recommend using image editing tools to remove location data prior to submission. For more information on how to do this, please refer to your device’s photo settings or metadata removal tools.
